    • 緊急内視鏡検査前の非静脈瘤性上部消化管出血の管理において、静脈内プロトンポンプ阻害薬（PPI）と経口カリウム競合性酸遮断薬（P-CAB）の有効性を比較
    • PPI注射群とP-CAB投与群では、出血の重症度に有意差は認められなかった
    • しかし、P-CAB群では、直近の出血徴候を伴う潰瘍病変が有意に少なく、治療的内視鏡的介入の頻度も少なかった
    • さらに、再出血はPPI群でより多く発生した
